Objectives and Content

The purpose of this unit is to ensure participants have mastered the basic computational skills necessary

to access the course WEB site (www.grammatics.com/ResearchTopics/ )
to interact with the course presenter via e-mail
to conduct language/linguistic research online and to access linguistics resources available on the WEB

At the completion of the unit, you should be able to

use browser software to access WEB sites,
use internet Search software to find WEB sites of interest,
use e-mail software to send and receive e-mail messages and file attachments,
know the location on the WEB of the primary linguistics/language studies 'links' sites.
